Japan Alumni Committee

Japan Alumni Committee (JAC) headquartered in Tokyo, Japan is an official alumni association of VIA, serving prospective participants and alumni in Japan.

GREAT NEWS To VIA alumni living in or visiting Japan at the beginning of December.

Japan Alumni Committee (JAC) will hold a Christmas party this year on December 6 as follows:

 

CHRISTMAS PARTY 2009

 Date

6PM - 9PM, December 6, 2009.  

 Place

French restaurant tanta (http://www.tanta.jp/) at Omotesando, Tokyo, Japan.
tanta is located only one minute walking distance from Tokyo Metro's Omotesando Station B1 exit.

 Fee 

Approx. 4,000 JPY for students;
otherwise, approx. 5,000-6,000 JPY. 

 Dress code none. 

 

If you'd like to join the party, please contact Mr. Yoshinori Sano, ALC 2008 participant at sano.yoshinori715@gmail.com . Please include (1) which VIA program you participated in, (2) your name, and (3) whether you are a student or not in your e-mail to us. We are very much looking forward to seeing you in Tokyo.

Our Mission

The mission of VIA Japan Alumni Committee (JAC) is to have potential VIA program participants and VIA alumni

  1. Broaden their perspectives cross-culturally,
  2. Appreciate the importance and power of friendship, and
  3. Nurture a sense of caring for themselves, others and the society by
    providing opportunities for students to participate in cross-cultural
    programs and providing VIA alumni opportunities for life-long learning.
